There are 2 parking garages within walking distance of the venue. The first is the Waterfront Place Parking Garage which is about $2 an hour. The second is the Wharf District Parking Garage which is $0.75 an hour.

Yes, there is an initial deposit that is due upon signing the contract. It is 50% of your rental cost and 10% of your catering cost.

All clients are required to use our in-house catering, Mathess Catering Co.

Outside alcohol is not permitted due to our liquor license.

For a sit down dinner, we can accommodate up to 85 guests. For a more casual event we can accomodate up to 120.

Your rental includes the use of our entire space, all dinnerware, a select amount of decor, an black, blush, or blue napkins.
